How do I join?

At the start of each semester, we will run a recruitment process consisting of a phone screen and an interview with two members of the team. The process is open for underclassmen to join as mentees, and upperclassmen as mentors. Please email completed applications and resumes to floridahfa@gmail.com

What can I expect to get out of membership?

Members will gain mentorship, education, and internship preparation from upperclassmen who have won offers and interned at premier financial services firms across Wall Street.

How often does HFA meet?

HFA will meet once a week for general body meetings. Mentorship meetings will take place in-person (once a month) and virtually (twice a month). These are minimum guidelines, more meetings may take place as needed.

What does the application process consist of?

We are looking for the next crop of finance leaders. Applicants will be expected to be able to articulate a genuine interest in finance, as well as a conceptual understanding of basic financial topics. You do not have to be an expert to join, we are simply looking for a foundation of knowledge to build upon.
